Customer Reviews
Love my new painting!
Oh my goodness, I just finished my 'Girl with a Pearl Earring Paint by Numbers' and it's incredible! I absolutely adore it. The paints were so vibrant, and the canvas was perfect. It was such a relaxing and fun process from start to finish. I can't believe I painted something that looks so good. I will definitely be ordering more kits from ColourSilo, maybe a Custom one next time!
Good value, minor shipping note
I bought a 'Tree Paint by Numbers' kit. The kit itself was good quality for the price. The canvas was decent, and the paints covered well. I appreciated that it came with brushes. My only minor gripe was that it took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow compared to other online orders I've made recently. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to note if you're in a hurry. Customer service was not needed, so I can't comment there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, just wish shipping was a touch faster.
Cool Horse PBN kit
So I grabbed this 'Horse Paint by Numbers' kit last week, just thought it looked fun. It showed up pretty fast, like, sooner than I thought. Everything in the box was there, paints and brushes and all. The canvas was rolled up tight but it flattened out. Started painting it already, and it's looking pretty good. Easy to follow, just a chill way to spend some time. Happy with it.
Good kit, fast shipping
I ordered the 'Starry Night Paint by Numbers' kit. It arrived quickly, took about 4 days. The canvas and paints were good quality. No issues.
Reliable as always
This was my third time ordering from ColourSilo. I got the 'Cat Paint by Numbers' kit this time. My previous orders were a Landscape and a Flower kit. They are consistently good. The kits always arrive well-packaged, and the paints don't dry out. Shipping times are predictable too, usually within a week. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver. Good quality for the price.
My custom kit experience
I decided to try a Custom Paint by Numbers kit using an old family photo. Uploading the image was straightforward on their site. The order process itself was smooth, and I got an email confirmation right away. It took a bit longer to ship than a standard kit, maybe 10 days total to get to me in Ohio, which I expected for a custom item. The kit included everything needed: pre-mixed paints, brushes, and the canvas. The canvas quality was fine, it smoothed out nicely after a day. The colors matched my photo pretty well, considering it's a paint-by-number. I had a question about one of the paint pots being slightly clumpy, and customer service responded within 24 hours with a helpful tip. Overall, a solid experience from ordering to finishing the painting.

Hey guys, thinking of getting a custom paint by number kit from ColourSilo. Anyone ordered one before? How good does the photo turn out once it's painted?
Does anyone know if ColourSilo does discounts often? I'm looking at a few kits and hoping to save a bit.
Are the paints and canvases from ColourSilo decent quality? I've seen some cheap kits where the paint is all dried up or the canvas is super flimsy.
How long does shipping usually take from ColourSilo? I live in California and want to get a kit for my friend's birthday next month.
Thinking of getting a few kits but what's their return policy like if I change my mind about one or two? Is it a hassle?
